Privacy Policy

Your photo

Selecting a photo previews it locally in your browser. When you start a generation, your photo is uploaded to Haomao (haomaotoken.com) for processing. Do not upload photos without the person’s permission.

Accounts and payments

We use account details to associate credits and videos with your account. Checkout is handled by the configured payment provider; card details are not collected by this website.

Storage

Your selected photo may be kept in this browser for up to 24 hours to restore your work after signing in or checkout. Uploaded photos and generated videos are hosted by Haomao. Their availability and retention are governed by the provider’s policy. This website does not automatically delete files hosted by Haomao. When reference audio is added, the completed video is also stored in our Cloudflare R2 storage for playback and download. Downloads are not guaranteed to remain available permanently.

Video availability and deletion

Finished videos are available through this website for 7 days after completion. Download a copy if you want to keep it. You can delete a finished video from My Videos earlier; this removes it from your history and deletes the completed file from our R2 storage when one exists. Deletion does not refund credits. Limited transaction and task records are retained for accounting and payment disputes.

Copies hosted by Haomao follow the provider’s retention policy. Deleting a video here does not guarantee deletion of those copies. Contact us for help with provider-held data.
