Credits & Refunds
Failed generations
Credits reserved for a generation are restored when failure is confirmed. A task that is still processing or whose submission is uncertain must be checked before credits can be returned.
Successful generations
AI output can vary. A successfully generated video is not automatically treated as a failed generation because of aesthetic differences.
Payments
A credit reversal is not a cash refund. Purchase refund requests require review of the order and credit usage, subject to applicable consumer rights.
